Valleys Steps
Valleys Steps teaches people ways to manage and reduce Stress, Anxiety levels and Low mood, freeing them up to focus on achieving the things that really matter. They provide free Stress Control and Mindfulness courses across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil.

Newhorizons
Newhorizons are a local charity currently offering a befriending service, weekly zoom meetings as well as courses on mental health and well being, stress management and others as well as offering a signposting helpline. www.newhorizons-mentalhealth.co.uk
