How you can help us

  • Be on time for you appointment.

  • Tell us if you need to cancel.

  • Call for a home visit or urgent appointment before 10:30.

Cancel an appointment

It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment. This will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient. If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters maybe removed from the list.

Routine Med 3 (Sick notes)

A sick note cannot be issued for the first 7 days of illness, this can be done on a self certification form available from your employer. These may take up to 10 days to be processed and can be backdated. You do not need a “fit note” or “signing off note” to go back to work.
