Mind Cymru is Mind in Wales. We make sure everyone in Wales

they need. We are here to make sure no-one in Wales faces a mental health problem alone.
New Pathways
– Life beyond sexual violence
We provide specialist support for adults, children and young
people who have been affected by rape, sexual assault or
abuse. We offer face to face, online and telephone services.
We have centres for face to face services across south, west
and mid Wales.

Valleys Steps
Valleys Steps teaches people ways to manage and reduce Stress, Anxiety levels and Low mood, freeing them up to focus on achieving the things that really matter. They provide free Stress Control and Mindfulness courses across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil.
New horizons
Newhorizons are a local charity currently offering a befriending service,
weekly zoom meetings as well as courses on mental health and well being, stress management and others as well as offering a signposting helpline.

SilverCloud is an online course which offers support for anxiety, depression, and much more, all based on Congnitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
